Whilst
we go on adventurous activities, expeditions, camps, competitions and
so on at weekends or during school holidays, the real backbone of our
Troop (like any other) is our weekly meeting.
Troop B meets for two hours every Thursday. It is during these meetings that skills are learned ready for the activities lying ahead. Of course, weekly meetings aren't all about learning - we try to ensure a balanced programme including a lot of games, team-building excercises and so on. Above all, we like to have FUN!
Here's a brief look at the sort of things we have been known to do each week.
| Carpet
racing - has to be seen to be believed! |
