Welcome to Troop B.

We’re 1st Hersham Scout Troop B, offering an exciting and adventurous choice for young people in Surrey.

Our members are boys and girls aged 10 to 14, who enjoy an exhilarating array of activities and opportunities. Everything is geared towards helping the scouts fulfil their potential and develop skills in leadership, teamwork and communication.

Alongside our weekly meetings, we also have a regular programme of camps and activities. Recent highlights have included surfing, mountaineering, canoeing, skiing and horse riding. We’re looking forward to mini moto, microlighting and caving, which are all coming up soon.

We run activities in the Lake District, South Downs, Surrey Hills, Scotland and beyond. We’ve taken scouts to Canada, Switzerland, Austria, France and Alaska. Next Summer we’re heading out for a three week expedition exploring New Zealand.
